We believe the bullish momentum will continue after the price breaches above the upper boundary of Donchian channel at 48.15. This level can be used as an entry point for placing a pending order to buy. The stop loss can be placed at 45.17. After placing the order, the stop loss is to be moved every day to the next fractal low, following Parabolic indicator signals. Thus, we are changing the expected profit/loss ratio to the breakeven point. General Motors stock rose after news Canadian union and GM extended contract talks deadline. Will the GM stock price continue rebounding?
Canadian labor union Unifor extended its deadline for contract negotiations with General Motors yesterday, averting a strike at the plant in Ingersoll, Ontario. Unifor and GM started contract negotiations last week. Unifor had previously said that 97% of its more-than-1,300 members were in favor of stopping work at the CAMI plant if a deal was not reached. GM makes the BrightDrop commercial vans and Ultium battery modules at the plant. Possibility of reaching a deal without starting a strike is bullish for a company stock price.
