Withdrawal request
User, can send a request to withdraw his funds (including opened positions, i.e. no more then free margin) straight through the Terminal, to do it, user needs to enter the context menu of information window “Withdrawal request” and then click the “New request” command. Further “Add withdrawal request” dialog window with the following fields will be opened:
- Method - to choose how the transfer of funds from the list (the list is only the ways in which trade accounts for the user had previously been set details of the money transfer mode);
- Payment props – information about props account;
- Free margin – information about free margin;
- Amount – to enter the sum that should be withdrawn.
Further, user needs to press the “Ok” button to send the request – in “Margin analysis” window balance (and also all other signs) will be decreased for the sum of withdrawal, and in “Withdrawal requests” information window will appear the line with this request (marked as “active”). |
