One cancels other or OCO order

An OCO order allows setting of two waiting orders. The abrasion of one order will automatically cancel the other order.

For setting operation factors for OCO orders, the user must enter the duration, the price of abrasion for each order, the sum in currency of the transaction and the direction of the order.
