Account opening

In order to open a real trade account click on 'File', choose 'Open new account', in the 'Select account type' window select 'Open real account' and press 'Next'.

In order to proceed you need to read carefully, understand and agree to 'Customers agreement', 'Terms of Business', 'Risk warning'.

• In the first window, 'New real account – step 1: Customers agreement', select 'I accept the Customers agreement' and press the 'Next' button;
• In the second window, 'New real account – step 2: Terms of Business', select the 'I accept the Terms of Business' field and click the “Next” button. Press the 'Back' button to return to the previous window.
• In the third window, 'New real account – step 3: Risk warning' select the 'I accept the Risk warning' field and press the 'Next' button. Press the 'Back' button to return to the previous window.

In the 'Real account opening – step 4: Trading account information' window complete the following fields with your information (fields marked with '*' are required).

First group 'Personal Information'

• Title: (Mr. Mrs. Ms.);
• First name:*;
• Middle name:*;
• Last name:*;
• Gender:*;
• Date of birth;
• Marital status:*;
• Citizenship:*;
• SSN/Passport #:

Second group “Contact details”

• Country:*;
• City:*;
• State/Province:*;
• ZIP/Postal Code;
• E-Mail Address:*;
• Phone number(s);
• Residential Address (P.O. Box Addresses are not acceptable): ;
• Trade Experience: (None, up to 1 year, from 1 to 3 years, from 3 to 5 years, from 5 to 10 years, more than 10 years).

Third group “Trade account settings”

• E-Mail Type: - can be chosen from: HTML or Plane text;
• Leverage: - credit leverage rate (by default set the leverage 1:100). You can choose one of the following leverage rates: 1:2, 1:10, 1:20, 1:25, 1:33, 1:50, 1:100.

After entering all required information,  insert the confirmation code in 'Enter confirmation code' field and press the “Next” button. If you want to return to Step 3, press the “Back” button. Press the “Cancel” button to abort the process. If you left a required field blank you will receive the error message.

The "New real account opening - step 5: Payment information" window contains fields grouped into 4 blocks. At least one block must be filled (the fields marked with "*" are required).

First block "Bank Account":

• Bank Name* : the nomination of the bank;
• Bank Address - postal address of the Bank (at least indicate the country);
• SWIFT* - the code of your bank in the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Communications;
• IBAN - the International Bank Account Number of your bank;
• Account No - your personal bank account;
• Additional Information.

Second block of "E-Gold Account":

• E-Gold Account No: account number in the E-Gold payment system. (*At the moment this payment option is not available).

Third block "WebMoney Account":

• WMID * - WMID account;
• WMZ Purse * - dollar purse account.

Fourth block of "CashU Account":

• Account No * - account number in the billing system CashU;
• E-mail * - E-mail address (a user in the billing system);
• Full Name * - owner's full name.

If all necessary information was entered, the “Account confirmation” window containing the following fields will appear:

• Bank account information*: details of bank account;
• E-Gold account: account number in the E-Gold system;
• WebMoney account consists of two fields – WMID and WMZ Purse, you need to enter the number of your account in WebMoney system.

 Finally, insert the "Secure word for change payment accounts information*". Please bear in mind that this word is an indispensable requisite to change your account information.

After entering all the required data press the “Finish” button, or press the “Back” button if you want to return to Step 4. To abort the dialog process of account opening press the “Cancel” button. In case if one of the required fields was not filled, the error massage will appear.

Further the “New real account” window containing all parameters of your new account will appear.

• Account ID: 4842 - Real account ;
• Login: r4842 ;
• Password: 9rtpKq45 ;
• Phone password: 12372459 ;
• Field for "Yes, I am sure that the data is saved";
• Field for "Auto save password" (if you tick this check box there will be no need to reenter the password to log in).

Press the “Ok” button and your real account will be created.

Please pay attention! The parameters of your Real account (ID, Login, Password, Phone password, Secure word) must be safely stored. It is IMPOSSIBLE to restore this data.
