User's guide
Orders history filter

The user can filter orders via the “Columns” command from the context menu. From here, the user can enter the dialog window - “Dialog”. This window consists of six parts with following headlines: “Placed”, “Activated”, “Last count”, “Type”, and “State”.

In the “Placed” headline, the time interval should be entered so that appropriate orders will be readout from the server. The interval is set by this several fields:

  • Today – only today;
  • From – if this field is selected, then the user may enter start date of the interval. If the user presses the “Arrow” button a calendar window will open;
  • To – if this field is selected then the user may enter the finish date of the interval. If the user presses the “Arrow” button, a calendar window will open. If the finish date is not set, then the end of the interval will be the current day.

In the “Activated” headline the time interval should be entered. The user will be shown orders from “Orders history” that were active during this interval.

In the “Closed” headline the time interval should be entered. The user will be shown orders from “Orders history” that were closed during this interval.

In the “Last count” headline the user can enter the number of records (rows) to be displayed. If there are more records in the entered interval, only the latest will be displayed.

In the “Type” headline, if the “On” field is selected, the field with a list of operation types becomes available (“Type” column in information window). For each type there is a selection field. Each type that is selected will be displayed with an associated history. Unselected fields will not be displayed.

Within the “State” part, if the “On” field is selected, a list will be created of all selected states. If a state is not selected then its history will not be available on the readout.

Rows with operations are situated in “Orders history” window from the bottom-up due to the rise of orders server numbers.
