Opening of real account
In order to open a real trade account via the terminal, the user should select main menu point “File”/”Open new account”. The window “Select account type” opens with a choice of three options. The user should select “Open real account” and press “Next”.
Consecutive three windows will appear, each containing text that the user needs to read, understand and agree to by selecting the appropriate box
- In the first window, “New real account – step 1: Customers agreement”, select the “I accept the Customers agreement” field and then press the “Next” button;
- In the second window, “New real account – step 2: Terms of Business”, select the “I accept the Terms of Business” field and click the “Next” button. Press the “Back” button to return to previous window.
- In the third window, “New real account – step 3: Risk warning” select the “I accept the Risk warning” field and press the “Next” button. Again, press the “Back” button to return to previous window.
After this, the “Real account opening – step 4: Trading account information” window will appear containing following fields that must be completed with user information. (Fields marked with “*” are required). The fields are divided into three groups.
First group “Personal Information”
- Title: how to address the user (Mr. Mrs. Ms.);
- First name:*;
- Middle name:*;
- Last name:*;
- Gender:*;
- Date of birth;
- Marital status:*;
- Citizenship:*;
- SSN/Passport #:
Second group “Contact details”
- Country:*;
- City:*;
- State/Province:*;
- ZIP/Postal Code;
- E-Mail Address:*;
- Phone number(s);
- Residential Address (P.O. Box Addresses are not acceptable): ;
- Trade Experience: (None, up to 1 year, from 1 to 3 years, from 3 to 5 years, from 5 to 10 years, more than 10 years).
Third group “Trade account settings”
- E-Mail Type: - can be chosen from: HTML or Plane text;
- Leverage: - credit shoulder, by default set as 1:100, but it can be changed to any presented further: 1:2, 1:10, 1:20, 1:25, 1:33, 1:50, 1:100.
After the user has entered all the necessary information, to set in 'Enter confirmation code: " our visible code and the “Next” button should be pressed, or, to return to step three, the user can press the “Back” button. To abort the process, the “Cancel” button should be pressed. An error message will appear if an essential field is left unfilled.
Then "New real account opening - step 5: Payment information" will then appear containing the field grouped into 4 blocks, field least one block should be filled (the required fields marked "*").
The first block "Bank Account":
- Bank Nameaccount information * : bank account details of the user;
- Bank Address - postal address of the Bank (preferably at least indicate the country);
- SWIFT * - code Bank headlines in the international SWIFT;
- IBAN - a bank account in the international codes;
- Account No - bank account;
- Additional Information.
The second block of "E-Gold Account":
The third block "WebMoney Account":
- WMID * - WMID account;
- WMZ Purse * - dollar purse account.
The fourth block of "CashU Account":
- Account No * - account number in the billing system CashU;
- E-mail * - E-mail address (a user in the billing system);
- Full Name * - full name of the user.
If all necessary information was entered, an “Account confirmation” window will appear containing the following fields: (for example)
- Bank account information*: details of bank account;
- E-Gold account: account number in E-Gold system;
- Webmoney account consists of two fields – WMID and WMZ Purse, you need to enter the number of your account in Webmoney system.
- Secret word – this word will allow you to change payment account information in case if necessary.
And also, in the "Secure word for change payment accounts information*" - this word will allow the user to change payment account information in case if necessary.
After you have entered all the asked information press the “Finish” button, or press the “Back” button if you want to return to step four. To abort the dialog press “Cancel” button. In case if one of the fields that are essential for filling wasn’t filled, an error massage will appear.
Further the “New real account” window will appear containing the fields with all the information about the account (for example).

- Field for "Yes, I am sure that the data is saved";
- Field for "Auto save password" – in case if this field is marked then there will be no need to enter the password on every time during your authorization.
Press the “Ok” button and the real account is created.
Please pay attention! Operation factors of your account must be saved in a safe place. Restoration of this data is IMPOSSIBLE. |
