For the comfort of our clients, IFC Markets company utilizes a simplified process of opening an account online. You can open a trade account on the terminal in several simple steps.

Download, install and launch Trade Terminal.

1. In the main menu of the program select point “File” – “Open new Account” In opened window select “Real account” and click “Next” button.

2. When the Customers Agreement opens, you should read and acknowledge it. To do so, select “I accept the Customer Agreement” and then click the “Next” button.

3. Next you will see new window – “Terms of Business”. You should read it and agree by selecting “I accept the Terms of Business” and pressing the “Next” button.

4. The next window shows “Risk agreement”. You also should read this and accept it by selecting “I accept the Risk warning” and again pressing the “Next” button.

5. Next you need to fill in a form to open your account:

Fields marked with “*” are essential. Please fill the form carefully and correctly. After you have finished click the “Next” button.

6. The next step is to enter your personal payment information. You must enter the data of your bank account, as your bank account will be essential to performing transactions with the company. Please enter this data carefully. If you do not have a bank account, then please mark the “I don't have bank account” field. In this case, priority during the accounting process will be given to creating a digital Money account. However in this case you will not be able to add money to your trade account from another electronic account or plastic card. Payments will be accepted only within the system of digital money you have entered.

After you have completed this form, press the “Finish” button.

7. If all the actions were made correctly you will see the following window:

Your real trade account is opened, remember and save received data.
In this example:
Account ID: real account, #601
Login: r601 – login of account access. Upon clients’ requests, additional logins can be created for trade account access.
Password: access password to the trade account for this login “r601”
Phone password: account access password for performing transaction by dealer via phone or chat.

Next, you need to mark the field “Yes. I am sure that the data is saved” and, if you want to save the password on your computer, you need to mark the “Auto save password” field as well.

After performing these operations, press the “Ok” button. You will see the following window.

In the Market Watch window you can observe the quotations received at the moment of account opening, however these will not change, despite an active connection with the server. This is because the account conceder is not active until an initial deposit is added. We’d like to remind you that if no deposit is made within two months after the account creation, the account will be deleted automatically. Real account type “Beginner” is created by default. If you want to change from a “Beginner” account to “Standard” account you need to contact the company directly at this address:. Change from a Beginner to Standard account should be done before you have performed any transactions on your trade account.

Warning! After completing the process of account opening on the terminal and before money transfer, please send a copy of your passport or other identification with photo and surname to the e-mail: , or to the fax number +44 207 681 3145, for account activation. We will confirm that we received this copy with the e-mail.

After we have received the copies of identification documents, and an initial deposit, we will send you e-mail acknowledging the receipt of funds and activation of the account.
